Yes! We love work with new investors and help them turn their hopes for investing into a reality. With so many service providers out to "help" new investors, it's sometimes challenging to know who to trust or what to believe when many of them have their own motivation to sell you their services. We serve as an independent, 3rd party consultant to new investors to help you wade through the sales pitches and get to the heart of what's right for you and your particular strategy.

I WANT TO INVEST IN INDIANAPOLIS BUT LIVE OUT OF STATE, CAN YOU HELP?

Yes! We know how difficult it can be to invest from afar because we did it ourselves. Since relocating to Indianapolis from Oregon, we are thrilled to now serve as our investor clients' "boots on the ground" and local advocate to communicate with about projects.

We have purchased, renovated and staged many properties, involving everything from basic cosmetic updates to complete "down to the studs" rehabs. We work to maximize the value of every property we work with, and develop win-win solutions each step of the way.

Definitely! We purchase homes on YOUR timeline. If you need more time to pack and move, we will gladly delay our closing. We are also able to purchase your property and rent it back to you until you're able to move. Whatever your situation, we are here to help find a win-win solution.

Yes! We know how stressful it can be to sell a home so we would love to take "problem" properties off our clients' hands so they can focus on finding their next home. Whether you own a home in need of maintenance repairs you aren't able to make, or perhaps inherited a property you don't have interest in repairing, we would be happy to work with you to purchase your home.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU PAY ME FOR MY HOME?

We base our offers for each home based on the current condition of the property and the local market. We bring value by eliminating the need for sellers to pay expensive realtor fees, make costly repairs or spend time listing their home. Believe it or not, selling a home can be expensive, so we aim to eliminate those costs for our sellers, while making fair offers on all properties. After viewing the property, each homeowner can expect to receive a purchase offer within 24 hours.
