IRVINGTON BUNGALOW
We were thrilled with how this 2 bedroom bungalow turned out. After purchasing this home from an out-of-state investor looking to liquidate their portfolio, our goal with this project was to modernize the space and layout, while still preserving the original charm of a 1920's home in historic Irvington.In this home, we opened up a wall and fully remodeled the kitchen, allowing for an open concept and a much larger, functional space. Gorgeous hardwood floors were refinished and the bathroom was updated to breathe new life into this charming home for years to come.
CAPE COD BUNGALOW TRANSFORMATION
This home was purchased from a couple who was divorcing and needed to liquidate some of their investment portfolio quickly. This former rental home had been neglected by it's previous tenants and needed significant repair before it could be lived in again.With a little elbow grease, we were able to restore this 1930's bungalow to the charming home it once was, modernizing it's look, while preserving the unique character an older home brings.
RANCH RENOVATION
We purchased this 1950's ranch home from two sisters who had inherited the house from their mother. The home offered a lot of space, but had fallen into disrepair when their mother was no longer able to maintain it. Since both sisters lived out of state, they were looking for a buyer who could restore their family home and breath new life into it.We took this property and completed a "down to the studs" renovation, improving layout, adding 2 additional bedroom and a garage. This project allowed us to take the eyesore of the neighborhood and make it the shining star, adding over $300k in value and raising property values for the neighboring properties.
