ABOUT US

My name is Lauren Perry and I founded Helix Capital to meet the housing needs in our community and serve other investors in their investment goals.

Having grown up in the retail home improvement industry and purchasing my first fixer-upper in 2004, I caught the bug for value-add real estate early on. My husband and I began flipping homes and acquiring rentals with the goals of transforming homes for local residents and growing long-term wealth for our family.

Eventually, I decided to take a leap of faith by leaving my long-time role as a corporate retail executive and ventured into the world of entrepreneurship. The vision was to expand the success we'd had in our part-time investing and grow it into a full-time business to serve residents and investors. Thus Helix was born.
 

In doing so, I've had the awesome opportunity to tackle dozens of projects, help countless investors and have grown Helix into a full-service real estate investment company. I love being able to use my passion for real estate to serve the housing needs in our community and assist other investors in doing the same!
